Terms of Service

Please read this thoroughly. Have in mind i will not accept your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

Ordering:

• Be sure to provide as much references as you can for the illustration, the clearer the better; this way it'll be easier to visualize your request.• Revisions can be made for free at sketch. Small revisions after lineart will be charged a fee of $5 per edit.• Major changes (such as pose, large areas of the illustration) won't be accepted after lineart is done.• In cases where i forgot about any details on the piece, feel free to tell me! It's your responsibility to make sure the illustration contains all the details ordered.• Please specify if there are any file specifications — such as color mode, file size, dpi, among others.

Payment and Refund Policy:

• Payments must be made through PayPal.• After your order, I will provide a sketch in a week or less.• The payment must be made 50% upfront and 50% after the piece is complete.• No refunds after the payment completion and i start working on the piece.• If, for any reasons, I cannot complete your order, a 100% refund will be made.

Process and Deadlines:

• After the sketch approval and the payment are made, a colored sketch will be sent to the client.• Please allow up to 1 week to a month after payment. If I find that I'll take longer than the given deadline, I will notify the client beforehand.• If there is any specific deadline, please state beforehand so I can organize myself; if the deadline is too tight I have the choice to decline the commission.• Please keep in mind that, although I will do my best to complete your order in the shortest amount of time, my process can be slow at times as I want to give my best on the piece.• I will provide with low quality updates at all stages of the process, and the client has the right to request and update at any time.• Keep in mind I'm always trying to improve my art, so there might be differences between the examples and the finished illustration you'll receive.• The final piece will be sent to the client via email as a png file.

Copyrights:

• The client (commissioner) CANNOT use any art of mine for commercial purposes, only for personal non-profit use.• The client can post my art freely and use as profile picture as long as there is proper credits.• You CANNOT claim my work as your own.• You are NOT authorized to chande, modify or edit the final piece.• I reserve the right to use commissioned works in my portfolio unless explicitly stated otherwise.
